Matt Micou is a founding member of Grandma June's Sewing Circle.  With his fellow circle members, he has written and produced all of the shows under the GJSC banner, directed one of them, "An All-Star Tribute to the Misinformed," acted as lighting director for "The Kids are Not Alright" and "Historia: A Mock of Ages", and acted in “Why Mom Left” & "Perfect iSolation."  A graduate of the Second City Writing and Beginning Improv curriculum, Matt is also a graduate of the iO program & is now on the Harold team "Chopper".  He directed a sketch comedy show called "Sophomore Effort" for the GeekOuts.  And he recently appeared on the VH1 game show “The World Series of Pop Culture”, where his team was soundly defeated in the first round.  Much thanks to Lisa for her tolerance, patience and love.
