Mike is an actor/director/writer originally from New Hampshire who moved to Chicago five years ago. Since arriving here, Mike graduated from the Second City Advanced Conservatory and iO (formerly Improv Olympic) training programs, and performed in a lot of improv and sketch shows. Mike appeared in the Grandma June's productions; "The Kids are not Alright", "All Star Tribute to the Misinformed", "Historia: A Mock of Ages", “The Endless Romantic Failures of Matt B. Lovin”, and “Dandruff on the City of Big Shoulders”. Mike directed Grandma June’s best-of show “Why Mom Left.” He has also kept busy on the Chicago theatre and film scene, appearing on stage with the Saint Sebastian Players, National Pastime Theater, and the Remy Bumppo Theatre Company, as well as directing shows for the Bailiwick Theatre and his own theatre company, Players' Ring West. Mike can also be seen (briefly) in the soon to be released film “Chicago Overcoat” and has begun rehearsal with the film project “Adolf Hitler versus the Pirates” which is currently in negotiation with DreamWorks studios.
