First Step

After my divorce last year, I found refuge in eating more when I am depressed. I tend to treat myself with all of those fast food chain smoothies and fries and I always dine out with my friends and family. After six months, I gained sixty pounds and now I need to eat more each time for me to feel full. I was getting bigger and my stamina was getting weaker. When I had a heart burn, that was when I realize, I am actually not doing  myself any good. So I have decided to get back on an exercise routine and cut back my junk food intake. I adhere to the Sports Nutrition I read online and I bought some Running Shoes I can use for my daily exercise. I also bought one of the Running the Pedometers sold online so I can monitor every steps I take and get motivated to move forward.
